Visita técnica, análisis del espacio, levantamiento fotográfico y medidas.

Evaluación de estructura y posibilidades. Comprensión del entorno (luz, circulación, potencial).

Alineamos la visión visual y emocional del proyecto, definimos el mood inicial por áreas (sala, comedor, recámaras…), establecemos un presupuesto base y confirmamos la aprobación del estilo a seguir.

We align the project’s visual and emotional vision, define the initial mood for each area (living room, dining room, bedrooms…), set a base estimate, and confirm the approval of the guiding style.

At this stage, we select the furniture, materials, textures, and finishes that will define the project’s character. The color palette and visual language are established to guide all design decisions.

In parallel, we develop the layout, lighting, and carpentry plans, along with a detailed budget and purchase routes to carry out the execution.

En esta etapa se realiza la selección de muebles, materiales, texturas y acabados que darán carácter al proyecto. Se define la paleta de color y el lenguaje visual que guiarán todas las decisiones de diseño.

Paralelamente, se desarrollan los planos y la definición de distribución, iluminación y carpintería, junto con el presupuesto exacto y las rutas de compra para llevar a cabo la ejecución.
