Este proyecto refleja la visión de Cubiro: transformar espacios residenciales en entornos donde la arquitectura y el diseño se encuentran con la luz y materiales nobles. Cada ambiente ofrece calidez y sofisticación, desde la recámara principal con bóveda contemporánea hasta el comedor social iluminado por una pieza escultórica de cristal. Madera, piedra y texturas suaves se combinan con arcos y vanos acristalados para crear una experiencia estética elegante y habitable.

This project reflects Cubiro’s vision: transforming residential spaces into settings where architecture and design meet natural light and noble materials. Each room offers warmth and sophistication — from the master suite with its contemporary vaulted ceiling to the social dining area illuminated by a sculptural glass chandelier. Wood, stone, and soft textures blend with arches and glazed partitions to create an elegant, deeply livable aesthetic experience.

"Amsterdam 321 es un proyecto que destila historia y transformación, una casa para Airbnb que honra su pasado como estudio de grabación y galería de arte (Avanti Art Design y Amoretti Brothers). Con una estética que reinterpreta el Art Decó en clave contemporánea, este espacio combina elegancia, funcionalidad y una narrativa visual que cautiva a cada huésped".
La transformación de Amsterdam 321 fue un desafío monumental, dado su pasado como galería y estudio. La colaboración entre Alejandra y David fue clave para definir una estética potente, inspirada en un pasillo que marcó el rumbo del diseño. El proceso fue un ejercicio de creatividad y resiliencia, resultando en una casa que respeta su historia mientras abraza su nueva identidad como un hogar acogedor para huéspedes.

The transformation of Amsterdam 321 was a monumental challenge, given its past as a gallery and studio. The collaboration between Alejandra and David was key to defining a bold aesthetic, inspired by a hallway that set the tone for the design. The process was an exercise in creativity and resilience, resulting in a home that honors its history while embracing its new identity as a welcoming space for guests.
