Leading this vision is JD, our Creative Director, whose passion and leadership drive every project. He sets the conceptual and aesthetic direction, overseeing every detail to turn our clients’ ideas into tangible realities.
He is an interior designer with a holistic vision that blends creativity, functionality, and aesthetic sensibility. His background in interior design and real estate has taught him to listen to what people truly want from a property: which layouts they value, which details they enjoy most, and how they live in their spaces. That experience, combined with nearly two decades as an entrepreneur in real estate and hospitality, has shaped a signature style in which every project becomes a livable work of art.
His passion lies in beautifying spaces and turning the everyday into something inspiring. He believes design has the magic to bring other people’s dreams to life, or to open up new possibilities where many don’t know where to begin. To him, every property is a blank canvas, an opportunity to imagine unique atmospheres that blend aesthetics and emotion: places that invite you to live in them, enjoy them, and make them your own.

Leading the studio’s creative and operational direction is Jerlin, our “Wonder Architect,” as we sometimes call him. Always focused on getting things right, he moves tirelessly from one project under construction to the next, or works from the office, where he brings solutions and drive to unblock and push forward the creative decisions on projects in the design phase.
In his own words, he is passionate about interior design, landscape architecture, photography, and learning something new every day. His attention to detail is what sets him apart. He appreciates the richness of color, but also the subtlety and elegance of more understated or neutral tones. He loves minimalism and enjoys the versatility that every architectural style has to offer.
He is excited by the idea of creating unique experiences in every space he designs, so that living there feels like something new each day.

Architect Alejandra was the very first gear in Cubiro’s machinery, practically the engine that got the studio up and running. As our first Crew Member, she has built every project with her own hands since JD handed her the creative baton. She has perfectly understood JD’s vision, replicating it 100% while infusing it with her own creativity, always bringing to life exactly what our residents and investors are looking for.
In her own words, she describes herself as curious and passionate about the fine arts, with a personality that balances joy and indecision. Her passions include art, books, museums, travel, film, photography, and nature. For her, architecture and design aren’t just professions but a way of life. Her world is full of exploration, creativity, and a deep appreciation for aesthetics and functionality. Alejandra is a designer who turns her surroundings into an ever-evolving masterpiece.

Like a true artist with his digital pen, Carlo is our star draftsman. He puts the finishing touch on the studio’s work, turning the vision the whole team builds together into images. Every render starts from the first step of the Cubiro Process, “The Briefing” with our residents, or from the creative freedom many investors entrust to us. This way, they can see the project before work begins and confidently approve the build that will mark the start of a new chapter in their lives.
He sees himself as an eccentric, creative, and disciplined architect, passionate about turning every space into a livable, meaningful environment. His approach combines color, texture, and form to create functional spaces that convey essence and hierarchy. Inspired by the art of architecture, he strives for every project to be not only visually appealing but also to offer unique experiences to those who live in it.
Carlo brings together aesthetics and functionality, creating spaces that reflect personality and creativity.

Within Cubiro’s machinery, Jessica is the key piece that keeps every project moving forward precisely and without setbacks. In charge of purchasing, expense tracking, collecting deposits, and verifying deliveries, she plays a strategic role in keeping budgets in order and making sure everything arrives on time and as specified. Her financial discipline and skill at negotiating with suppliers are the quiet support that allows the studio’s ideas to become tangible realities.
Beyond the numbers, Jessica enjoys logistics because it gives her the satisfaction of seeing each product reach its place and the finished work come to life before the client’s eyes. She turns her daily challenges into opportunities to achieve efficiency and excellence in every delivery. On a personal level, she finds inspiration in her children, in exercise, and in time spent with family and friends. Reading, studying English, and watching action movies are part of her everyday life, reminding her that discipline and passion can go hand in hand with warmth and joy. For Jessica, the greatest reward is seeing clients satisfied and enjoying the result of a team effort done well.

La arquitecta Alejandra fue la primera pieza del engranaje de Cubiro, prácticamente la máquina inicial que puso en marcha el estudio. Como nuestra primera Crew Member, ha construido con sus propias manos cada proyecto desde que JD le entregó la batuta creativa. Ha sabido comprender a la perfección la visión de JD, replicarla al 100% y, al mismo tiempo, inyectarle su propia creatividad, logrando siempre materializar lo que nuestros habitantes e inversionistas desean obtener.
En sus propias palabras se describe como curiosa y apasionada de las bellas artes, cuya personalidad se equilibra entre la alegría y la indecisión. Sus pasiones incluyen las artes, libros, museos, viajes, cine, fotografía y la naturaleza. La arquitectura y el diseño no son solo profesiones, sino una forma de vida para ella. Su mundo está lleno de exploración, creatividad y una apreciación profunda por la estética y la funcionalidad. Alejandra es una diseñadora que convierte su entorno en una obra maestra en constante evolución.
Bajo la dirección creativa y operativa del estudio se encuentra, como a veces lo llamamos, el “arquitecto maravilla”, Jerlin. Siempre enfocado en que las cosas salgan bien, pasa sin descanso de un proyecto en ejecución a otro, o bien se encuentra en la oficina, donde aporta soluciones y empuje para destrabar e impulsar las decisiones creativas de los proyectos en diseño.
En sus propias palabras se describe como un apasionado por el diseño de interiores, la arquitectura del paisaje, de la fotografía y de seguir aprendiendo todos los días. Su enfoque en los detalles son la clave que lo destacan. Aprecia la riqueza de los colores, pero también la sutileza y elegancia de tonos más sobrios o neutros. Le apasiona el minimalismo. Disfruta de la versatilidad que ofrecen todos los estilos arquitectónicos.
Le entusiasma la idea de crear experiencias únicas en cada espacio que diseña, buscando que cada día sea una nueva vivencia al habitar ese lugar.
Al frente de esta visión está JD, nuestro Director Creativo, cuya pasión y liderazgo impulsan cada proyecto, el define la dirección conceptual y estética, supervisando cada detalle para transformar las ideas de los clientes en realidades palpables.
Es diseñador e interiorista con una visión integral que combina creatividad, funcionalidad y sensibilidad estética. Su trayectoria en el interiorismo y en el mundo inmobiliario le ha permitido escuchar lo que las personas realmente desean de una propiedad: entender qué distribuciones valoran, cuáles detalles disfrutan más y cómo viven los espacios. Esa experiencia, sumada a casi dos décadas como emprendedor en bienes raíces y hospitalidad, ha nutrido un estilo propio en el que cada proyecto se convierte en una pieza de arte habitable.
Su pasión está en embellecer los espacios y transformar lo cotidiano en algo inspirador. Cree que el diseño tiene la magia de dar vida a las ilusiones de otros, o de crear nuevas posibilidades donde muchos no saben por dónde empezar. Para él, cada propiedad es un lienzo en blanco, una oportunidad de imaginar atmósferas únicas que combinan estética y emoción, lugares que invitan a ser habitados, disfrutados y adoptados.
Como todo un artista con su lápiz digital, está nuestro dibujante estrella: Carlo. Él es quien da el punto final al desarrollo del estudio y convierte en imágenes la visión que todo el equipo construye en conjunto, siempre basándonos en el primer paso del Cubiro Process; “El Briefing” de nuestros habitantes o bien de la libertad creativa que muchos inversionistas nos confían, para lograr que puedan visualizar el proyecto antes de iniciar y aprobar con certeza la obra que marcará el comienzo de una nueva historia para ellos.
Él se siente un arquitecto excéntrico, creativo y disciplinado, apasionado por transformar cada espacio en un entorno habitable y lleno de sentido. Su enfoque combina colores, texturas y formas para crear ambientes funcionales que transmitan esencia y jerarquía. Inspirado por el arte de la arquitectura, busca que cada proyecto no solo sea estéticamente atractivo, sino que también ofrezca experiencias únicas a quienes lo habitan. Carlo integra estética y funcionalidad, logrando espacios que reflejan personalidad y creatividad.
Con un book impresionante y estético de dibujos y planos, además de una sólida experiencia en lo que llamamos con humor “obra sucia” —todo aquello que no es interiorismo—, se integra al equipo la arquitecta Mariana. Su llegada responde a la creciente demanda de nuestros valiosos habitantes e inversionistas, y, al captar la visión de JD junto con la dirección del equipo, que ya cuenta con una experiencia palpable, está escribiendo una maravillosa historia dentro del estudio.
Mariana se define a sí misma como una arquitecta empática, amable y genuina, cuya pasión por la arquitectura surge de la esencia y el contexto histórico de cada lugar. Su inspiración nace de crear espacios funcionales que conecten estética, sostenibilidad y entorno, teniendo siempre como eje central a las personas que los habitan. Exploradora por naturaleza, encuentra creatividad y armonía en parques, bosques y escenarios que despiertan nuevas ideas. Gracias a ello, logra que cada proyecto refleje respeto por el contexto y una conexión auténtica con el entorno.
Para nosotros, ella es una sobreviviente: una mujer con resiliencia, lealtad y un alto nivel de compromiso.
Ha trabajado junto a JD en distintos emprendimientos por casi una década, siendo sus ojos en múltiples áreas y, actualmente, liderando la logística, el armado y la entrega final de prácticamente todos los proyectos de Cubiro.
Se distingue por su alegría, energía, entregada, ingeniosidad y su espíritud colaborador, cualidades que se reflejan en su capacidad de aportar el toque final que transforma un espacio en un lugar atractivo y confortable. Su inspiración surge de la idea de crear ambientes acogedores que transmitan comodidad y calidez, siempre con la filosofía de decorar como si se tratara de su propio hogar. Con sensibilidad y pasión, logra convertir cada proyecto en un espacio único y acogedor, dejando una huella emocional que perdura en quienes la habitan.

To us, she’s a survivor: a woman of resilience, loyalty, and deep commitment. She has worked alongside JD on various ventures for almost a decade, serving as his eyes across many areas. Today she leads the logistics, assembly, and final delivery of practically every Cubiro project.
She stands out for her joy, energy, dedication, resourcefulness, and collaborative spirit, qualities that shine through in her ability to add the final touch that turns a space into an inviting, comfortable place. Her inspiration comes from creating welcoming environments that convey comfort and warmth, always following the philosophy of decorating as if it were her own home. With sensitivity and passion, she makes every project a unique, cozy space, leaving an emotional mark that stays with those who live there.
